It is frequently asked if The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People are still as relevant as the moment that Stephen R. Covey wrote them. Our answer to this question is that they became more relevant; with all the changes and distractions around us we need certainty. The 7 Habits are based on principals of effectiveness that will remain applicable.

What to expect?

This three-day workshop consists of one evening and two consecutive days. We start at 7.30 pm with an introduction of ourselves and the program. All habits will be discussed. In advance, you will fill out a 360-degree assessment. This will give you insight into where you are standing now and what your strengths are. It will also help you to determine your development question. In this workshop, you will experience different forms of work. There will be time for interaction and reflection. You will leave with a plan of action on which you will be working the following 7 weeks to integrate the 7 Habits into your daily life.

Workshop: Live or Live Online?

If the situation allows, this workshop will be held at Leerhotel Het Klooster in Amersfoort. What you can expect:

Day 1
A full evening program with drinks and an overnight stay

Day 2
Breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner with 2 drinks of your choice, and an overnight stay

Day 3
Breakfast, morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack

In the past few months, due to the COVID-19 measures, we have been working hard to move the workshop to live online. Previous sessions have already taken place live online. These are a few reactions from some participants:
