Valuable practical guide to take back to the team and implement. Many topics to further dive into an explore together as a team.

Insightful conversations with peers on the topics and exchange challenges.

I wrote a lot today and will take the part about defining the WIG very serious, next week I will define these goals with my team leaders and will work on the four points (focus, gedragsmeeting, scoreboard…).

We have a strong “teacher” today, I liked it a lot.

Very open discussions – Jan was really hands-on. No theoretical nonsense, réal life examples. I was rather sceptic but I have enjoyed the 3 days and I am sure I will try to implement some of the learnings in my store.

I very much appreciated the sequence of the 4 essential roles. At first I was thinking why not first the mission/vision, then the strategy and then the people. But throughout the course, you realize you need the trust element first to be able to make the other 3 roles a success. To me it was a bit counter-intuitive at first, but it actually makes a lot of sense.

Also a big shout out to Erik. Very nice guy, great coach.

Giving a complete step by step methodology in order to build up a vision and a strategy for a team. And a way to measure things by focusing on the WIGs. Pretty insightful and pragmatic.

Very good balance between “theory” and “small groups interactions”

It was well prepared, but it is a bit too theoretical. More practical activities or exercises would benefit the workshop and the participants.

I really like that a process is described in order to come up with right improvements in my leadership capabilities.

Also very specific and relevant questions are being asked in order to help opening your mind about the different aspects of the notions that are presented.

So far, it has been very interesting, also very well brought by the trainer.

The way it is build up also works well according to me.

It’s also very interactive and very nice to share this with several colleagues from different departments.
