Very well structured and principles well explained. Good balance between instructor led, attendee participation and use of various mediums to ensure course is interactive. Instructor was experienced, flexible and understanding. 10/10!

It was fun and interesting as we had a very small group, essentially 3 full attendance people plus Francis the coach.
We were able to discuss and debate our experiences and as such it felt very inclusive. Not sure how that would have worked with 13 ?
It was mainly reminding me / refreshing me of many training sessions and sales life experiences. A couple of golden nuggets along the way. Namely SLOW DOWN , Listen , and fix the mindset to helping my prospect succeed !

The organization and didactics of this workshop was outstanding. The mixture of the lecture, videos, break out sessions, individual and group exercises was excellent.
In terms of actual content of the concepts shown it was solid and a great introduction to sales techniques. A great workshop for beginners but some advanced professionals might expect something different.
