A lot of new insights but also recognizable ones. It’s confronting.

There was many discussion on the topics, that is normally what I hate, BUT on the 1st day I thought that it was really good, because the discussions were short and you could learn from each other.
2nd day however, I felt it was a bit too much chewing on every subject and I missed a little pace to keep the energy.
The contents and the overall concept itself are quite good. I would recommend using more practising some of the experiments live during the training.

Simple concept makes me to understand well

Workshop is very pragmatic with a lot of tools and tips which are really helpful. The workshop includes many group discussions which are very interesting and adding value in terms of sharing thoughts but also in team building.

Great training to take a step back on how you are working with your team and improve it in order to offer them a great working environment

– it is an opportunity to increase the awareness of multiplier and diminisher
– interaction with participants was great

I think the two day setting worked well for me. Good portion of theory and working in practice groups. Also the racer second morning of the first day was a nice way to start up and refresh.

b. Focused and Relatable

I have read the book and this training was the tangible bridge between theory and practise. Really liked the materials (the cards on the big form als the action start there)

The workshop’s biggest strength is that it is summarizing the key aspects that should be taken into account for a successful Team lead/manager, but it is also giving hints how to self-assess how capable are you at this moment to do these things.
By realizing their current state it’s very likely for the participants to map their next actions/attempts/experiments how to become better.
… Or at least this is what I’ll do and I believe all smart leads will do.

The workshop highlight good concepts and practice to improve. It emphases on what is important as team lead.
There is a nice balance with theory and exercises/practice using real experience from people.
Still a good interaction is done during « theory » parts which keeps it living and interesting.

I always take away a lot of new and interesting things from the sessions. Thank you!

It is really good for me – linking practice with theory.

I think it’s very helpful and provides all this sensitive stuff that most of us are missing or lack to practice.

It is a great opportunity to have a summary perspective how to be a good leader, especially when it is a new challenge for you.

Great structured workshop. Every chapter is followed by exercise activities where we can practice, share experience, and give/receive feedback both from colleagues and trainer.
The topics are well explained with understandable examples.

Very general – good as first training regarding competencies, especially in the function of a team lead.
good to change mindset

So far so good. Some interesting points and great conversations in the breakout rooms.

I liked the workshop. It has many leads I can explore. The hardest part for me is to use it in my daily work. It needs me to get used to do certain things. To grow some habits.

awesome trainer!
I like the interactive sessions, really makes you feel part of the training. I’m sure it also helps to memorize the material. I’m also sure other people prefer not to have the breakouts, but for me it’s very helpful.
Finally, it’s also a good idea to summarize what was done in the last session, it helps the brain to retain information.
