Very interesting workshop and very useful for immediate actions

This workshop was incredible. Floris spent time getting to know everyone individually beforehand, and he really remembered things that I had told him. He provided a safe environment in which people were able to open up, and communicate. He gave people time if they needed it, he mixed up the groups so everyone had a chance to work with different people. Floris found a way to incorporate the themes and learnings from the book, but in an inclusive way. I took so much away from this workshop that I am already implementing into my role. I feel significantly closer to my team, and I understand the importance now of team 1 and team 2. Would thoroughly recommend.
