This training is very helpful for dealing with individual change and dealing with the people side of change, but not for dealing with complexity and uncertainty. Some of the content can actually be harmful for leaders who need to deal with very complex and uncertain change. Some of the content is also counter what we’re trying to achieve with Product Way of working at bol.com
