Suggestions for improvement: to add preparation prior every session, so that ppl already come with some knowledge and questions in mind. Make more “game” type of short sessions.

Only bad side: a 2 day course is to intensive so I lost focus

I thought the workshop was absolutely brilliant. The facilitator was fantastic and really created a very safe environment for us to address some difficult topics. The program had room for adjustment where necessary.

I really enjoyed to get to know the team better, to work together on the goals and how we can achieve them. But also get to know the drives and pitfalls of the others. And Floris facilitated it on a very playful, enthusiastic and professional way.

Packed a lot of value in a short amount of time. Liked that there was more time spent getting us to work vs explaining the content

Liked the cards and the discussions around those a lot. The theory before resonated less with me.
